START 14 DAYS — $0 TODAY

Card required. $0 today. The trial lasts 14 days from activation in Stripe Checkout. The exact first-charge timestamp is confirmed after Checkout and shown in Account. 01 — The second job

STOP FEEDINGSOFTWARE.

You did the work. Then the software asked you to describe the work to the software.

  • The dashboard.
  • The form.
  • The pipeline.
  • The weekly update.

You shouldn't have to do the work twice.

An empty concrete gallery lit by a single high window.

02 — Forward. BCC. CC. Or To.

ADD ONEADDRESS.

Add one address to the emails you're already sending. It remembers the work you choose. Later, ask what happened.

01

Keep it on the thread.

BCC it when you want it private. CC it, or put it in To, when the thread should keep moving.

02

It knows the difference.

BCC stays between you and the agent. CC and To keep the people already on the thread in the room.

03

Mention it when it matters.

It replies only when asked. If the answer is there, it finds it. If it is not, it says so.

It is not a new place to maintain. It is the place the work was already happening.

WHAT YOU SEND.NOTHING MORE.

It doesn't see your contacts.
03
It doesn't reply unless you ask it to.
04
It doesn't invent what isn't there.

What the plan includes

2,000 accepted source emails and 300 questions each billing month. The full allowance is available during trial. No automatic overage charges. Common text-based PDF, DOCX, TXT, and CSV attachments are supported.

A reminder is sent three days before the trial ends. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not delete your data. Read/export access remains for 30 days after entitlement ends before deletion begins unless you delete sooner.

Questions before purchase

FAQ.

What exactly is Kill the CRM?

A business-memory agent used through email. You forward, BCC, or CC selected work, or put it in To, then ask about it later.

Does it read my whole inbox?

No. Initial release does not connect to or ingest your entire mailbox, contacts, calendar, device, or CRM. It processes work the verified owner deliberately sends to the agent address.

What if the answer is not in my material?

It says the material sent so far does not support an answer. It does not fill the gap with an unsupported claim.

Will it reply to people on my thread?

Only when the verified owner puts it in To or CC and explicitly asks with ASK: or an exact @givenname question. Reply recipients come only from authenticated participants already on that thread, and external replies can be disabled in Account. A BCC stays private: the confirmation comes back only to the owner.

What happens after fourteen days?

The trial lasts 14 days from activation in Stripe Checkout. The exact first-charge timestamp is confirmed after Checkout and shown in Account. Cancel before that timestamp to prevent the first $98 monthly charge plus applicable taxes. A reminder is sent exactly three days before the trial ends. The Account timestamp remains authoritative if reminder delivery is delayed.

How do I cancel?

Open Account and use the hosted billing portal after activation. Cancellation stops renewal and does not delete your data. You keep access through the trial or paid entitlement end, then receive 30 days of read/export access before deletion begins unless you delete sooner.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Both are self-serve after activation. The complete timing and provider disclosures are in Retention, export and deletion.
